Getting in touchIf you're a new label or local artist and have yet to make contact with the station, you'll probably want to take a look at our staff list for e-mail addresses, look at our contact page for phone numbers, and jot down our postal address: WSYC-FM, c/o CUB Since office hours are often highly irregular and Post-Its sometimes don't get posted, e-mail might be the best way to get in touch. But don't take that as an invitation to spam. If we repeatedly get e-mail we don't want from you, we'll block your address, or if necessary, your mail server. So be nice. If a reply is desired, please specifically request one, and it also helps to bullet or otherwise make evident each question or major point of your correspondence. Generally we're happy receive unsolicited CDs and promotional merchandise from artists and labels, but it might save you the trouble of sending something in vain if you make contact with someone first. If you have questions regarding new music or releases, contact the music director first. This may also help us coordinate events and promotions better. |
