Summer & 2008 Activities Fair

The semester has been over for two weeks now and we're all enjoying our glorious weeks of summer. Hopefully everyone is enjoying it and not working too hard! But even though it's summer, you can still do your radio shows or make promos. The CUB is usually open till 4pm each day, and some days longer. There are a lot of students here for summer courses or because they live in Ship, and summer is a great time to experiment with new formats or music. Contact the program director (pd@wsyc.org) to schedule a show!
Also, I want to alert everyone to the Activities Fair that will be coming up Sunday, August 24.The Activities Fair is a great time to promote the station and sign-up new members, especially the entering freshman class of 2012. If you will be in Ship during the time, or if you want to come down and help out, contact the web director (webmaster@wsyc.org). We'll be sending out e-mails as the time gets closer to whomever is interested in being a part of the Activities Fair.
Besides that, enjoy your summers and get ready for a great fall semester!
